Dhrangadhra is a town and municipality located in the Surendranagar district of Gujarat, India. It serves as a taluka headquarters within the region.

Historically, the city served as the capital of Dhrangadhra State during the period of the British Raj. It was recognized as one of the eight first-class princely states of the Kathiawar Agency in the Bombay Presidency.
