Pedana is a municipality and the administrative headquarters of the Pedana mandal. It is situated within the Machilipatnam revenue division of the Krishna district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
The town is located approximately 8 km (5.0 mi) from the district headquarters, Machilipatnam.
