Kuppam is a town situated in the Chittoor district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It serves as the headquarters for the Kuppam mandal within the Kuppam Revenue Division.
The town is located approximately 125 kilometres from the district headquarters of Chittoor, 115.8 kilometres south-east of Bangalore in Karnataka, and 243 kilometres west of Chennai in Tamil Nadu. The name "Kuppam" translates to a meeting place or confluence.
