Jaggayyapeta, also spelled Jaggaiahpet, is a town situated in the NTR district of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is positioned just southwest of the border with the state of Telangana and serves as the mandal headquarters for Jaggayyapeta mandal within the Nandigama revenue division.
The town is notable for being the second largest urban center in its district, following Vijayawada. Geographically, it is located on the banks of the Paleru River, which functions as a tributary of the Krishna River.
