Zekharia is a moshav located in central Israel. It is situated near the city of Beit Shemesh and falls under the jurisdiction of the Mateh Yehuda Regional Council.
The settlement sits on the site of the ancient Palestinian village of Zakariyya, whose inhabitants were expelled in 1949. As of 2024, Zekharia had a population of 1,392 residents.
