Tnuvot is a moshav located in central Israel within the Sharon plain. It is situated geographically between the cities of Netanya and Tulkarm and falls under the jurisdiction of the Lev HaSharon Regional Council.
As of 2024, the community had a population of 974 residents. The settlement functions as a rural agricultural community typical of the region's regional council structure.
