Tarum is a moshav located in central Israel, situated to the north of Beit Shemesh. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Mateh Yehuda Regional Council and covers an area of 1,800 dunams. As of 2024, the community had a population of 919 residents.
The settlement is notable for its proximity to the ancient biblical town of Zorah. It serves as a residential agricultural community within the region.
