Kalya is an Israeli settlement located in the West Bank on the northern shore of the Dead Sea. Situated at an elevation of 360 meters below sea level, the community falls under the jurisdiction of the Megilot Regional Council.
The settlement was originally established in 1929 but was occupied and destroyed by Jordanian forces in 1948. It was subsequently rebuilt in 1968 following the Six-Day War. Organized as a kibbutz, Kalya had a population of 585 residents in 2024.
