Mitzpe Yeriho, also spelled Mitzpeh Yericho, is a religious Israeli settlement located in the West Bank. It is situated in the Judean Desert along Highway 1, positioned approximately 20 km east of Jerusalem and 10 km east of Ma'ale Adumim. The community derives its name from its proximity to the Palestinian city of Jericho.
Organized as a community settlement, Mitzpe Yeriho falls under the jurisdiction of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council. As of 2024, the settlement had a population of 2,867 residents.
