Kokhav HaShahar is an Israeli settlement located in the northern West Bank within the Binyamin region. It is organized as a community settlement and falls under the municipal jurisdiction of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council.
The settlement is situated on a mountain ridge that overlooks the Jordan Valley. It is accessible via the Allon Road and had a population of 2,778 in 2024.
