Kiryat Netafim is an Israeli settlement located in the northern West Bank. It is situated approximately 8 kilometers west of the city of Ariel and falls under the jurisdiction of the Shomron Regional Council.
Organized as a community settlement, Kiryat Netafim had a population of 923 residents as of 2024.
