Har Adar is an Israeli settlement organized as a local council. It is situated in the Seam Zone and the Maccabim sub-region of the West Bank, located approximately 15 kilometers west of Jerusalem near Abu Ghosh and the Green Line on Road 425.
Founded in 1986, the settlement was initially constructed adjacent to the Green Line but is now largely situated within the West Bank. As of 2024, Har Adar had a population of 4,339 and maintains a high ranking on the Israeli socio-economic scale at 9/10.
