Bnei Brak, also known as Bene Beraq, is a city situated on the central Mediterranean coastal plain in Israel. Located just east of Tel Aviv, it serves as a prominent center of Haredi Judaism.
The city covers an area of 709 hectares and had a population of 229,996 in 2024. It is characterized by its high population density, ranking as one of the most densely populated cities in Israel and the seventh-most densely populated city globally.
