Woodstown is a city located in the southeast of Ireland. It is situated on the southern bank of the River Suir, approximately 5.5 km west of Waterford City.
The location features a historic settlement that measures 1.5 km by 0.5 km. It should not be confused with Woodstown beach, which is located on the western side of Waterford Harbour near the fishing port of Dunmore East.
