Wexford is the county town of County Wexford, located in the southeastern corner of Ireland. The town is situated on the south side of Wexford Harbour, which serves as the estuary for the River Slaney.
The area is accessible via several major transportation links, including the M11/N11 National Primary Route to Dublin and the N25 to Rosslare Europort, Cork, and Waterford. Additionally, a national rail network connects Wexford to both Dublin and Rosslare Europort. As of the 2022 census, the town had a population of 21,524.
