Oksibil is a town and district located in Highland Papua, Indonesia. It serves as the administrative center of the Pegunungan Bintang Regency. The area is characterized by its rural structure, divided into eight villages known as desa.
According to census data, the population of the district grew from 4,087 inhabitants in 2010 to 4,566 in 2018. Within the district, Mabilabol is identified as the most populated and densely populated village, while Molbib Silibib is the least populated. As of 2018, the sex ratio in the district was recorded at 147 men for every 100 women.
