Serui Kota is a town and the capital of the Yapen Islands Regency, located in the province of Papua, Indonesia. It is situated on the south coast of the island of Yapen within Cenderawasih Bay, positioned to the north of Papua.
As of 2024, the district containing Serui Kota covers an area of 26.39 km² and has a population of 36,286. The neighboring Distrik Anataurei, which covers 23.80 km², has a population of 15,758.
