Burmeso is a village located in Indonesia within the Mamberamo Tengah subdistrict of the Mamberamo Raya Regency in Papua province. It is situated along the mid Mberamo River.
The village is notable as the home of the Burmeso language, also known as Taurap. This language is spoken by approximately 300 people and is geographically surrounded by several other linguistic groups, including Kwerba languages to the north, Lakes Plain languages to the south, and East Cenderawasih Bay languages to the west.
