Suwawa, also known as Tuwawa, is a district (kecamatan) and the capital district of Bone Bolango Regency located in Gorontalo, Indonesia.
The name Tuwawa is derived from a kingdom that is said to have formed in the 4th century, though historical records indicate the kingdom was primarily known around the 8th century.
