Margahayu is an administrative district (Kecamatan) located in the Bandung Regency within the West Java Province of Indonesia. Situated southwest of the major city of Bandung, the area is characterized by a plain landscape with altitudes ranging between 500 meters and 1,800 meters above sea level.
Despite its location outside the city limits, Margahayu is highly urbanized. As of 2025, the district has a population of 121,324 people and maintains an average population density exceeding 11,400 per square kilometer.
