Nūr ad-Dīn 'Abd ar-Rahmān Jāmī was a prominent Persian Sunni poet and scholar known for his prolific contributions to mystical Sufi literature. He is recognized as a significant poet-theologian of the school of Ibn Arabi and a Khwājagānī Sũfī, noted specifically for his eloquence and his analysis of the metaphysics of mercy.

A member of the Naqshbandi Sufi order, Jāmī authored several famous poetic works, including Haft Awrang, Tuhfat al-Ahrar, Layla wa Majnun, Fatihat al-Shabab, Lawa'ih, and Al-Durrah al-Fakhirah. In Turkey, he is also known by the name Molla Cami.
