Sepatan

Sepatan is a town and an administrative district (kecamatan) located in Tangerang Regency within the Banten province on the island of Java, Indonesia. The current boundaries of the district were established following the separation of its former northern and eastern halves, which became the Pakuhaji District in 1992 and the Sepatan Timur District in 2006.

The residual district covers an area of 19.22 km2 and is bordered by the city of Tangerang to the southwest. It consists of the town (kelurahan) of Sepatan along with seven rural villages (desa), all of which share the postcode 15520. As of mid-2024, the official population estimate for the district is 117,734.
