Mekarjaya is a village and an administrative district (kecamatan) situated in the northeast corner of Pandeglang Regency within the Banten Province on the island of Java, Indonesia. The administrative center for the district is located in Mekarjaya village.
The area covers a total land size of 31.34 km2. According to census data, the population grew from 19,016 in 2010 to 23,083 in 2020, with an official estimate reaching 23,810 by mid-2023.
