Cikupa is a village and an administrative district (kecamatan) located in Tangerang Regency within the Banten province on the island of Java, Indonesia. The district serves as a local administrative area with its official center situated in Budimulya.
The region covers a total land area of 45.75 km2. According to census data, the population was recorded at 224,678 in 2010 and 208,302 in 2020, with an official estimate of approximately 207,659 as of mid-2024.
