Saparua is an island located in the Indonesian province of Maluku. It is situated to the east of Ambon Island, with the island of Haruku positioned between Saparua and Ambon.
The primary port of the island is located at Kota Saparua in the south. Nearby geographical features include the small, uninhabited island of Maolana near the southwestern side and Nusa Laut off the southeastern tip.
