Sibuhuan is a town (kelurahan) officially known as Pasar Sibuhuan, located in the Barumun District of Padang Lawas Regency within Indonesia's North Sumatra Province. It serves as the administrative capital for the Padang Lawas Regency.
The town is bordered by two rural villages, Sibuhuan Jae and Sibuhuan Julu. As of mid-2023, the population of Sibuhuan was recorded at 22,136 inhabitants.
