Lahewa

Lahewa, also known as Lahia, is a village and sub-district (kecamatan) located in the North Nias Regency of Indonesia. It is situated on the northwestern coast of Nias Island within the North Sumatra province.

The main village of Lahewa serves as the third largest settlement on Nias Island. As of 2001, the sub-district had a recorded population of 26,548 people and features local infrastructure including a mosque and several guesthouses.
