Tuapeijat is a town located within the North Sipora District of the Mentawai Islands Regency in the West Sumatra province of Indonesia. It serves as the administrative seat and capital of the Mentawai Islands Regency.

The town is situated on Sipora Island, though its jurisdiction also encompasses three smaller islands: Siburu, Silabok, and Pototoga. As of the 2024 official estimate, Tuapeijat has a population of 6,642, making it the largest town by population in the Mentawai Islands region.
