Tolitoli Regency is an administrative region located in the Central Sulawesi Province of Indonesia. The regency was established on October 4, 1999, following the rapid decentralization of the Indonesian government, which resulted in its separation from the former Buol Tolitoli Regency.
The regency covers a total area of 3,700.37 km2. Its administrative seat is situated in the town of Tolitoli, which serves as a primary port town and the main center for the region's population concentration. According to census data, the population grew from 211,296 in 2010 to an estimated 236,021 by mid-2025.
