Tobu Railway Company, Ltd. is a Japanese commuter railway and keiretsu holding company. It operates as an intercity and regional rail operator primarily serving the Kantō region, including northern Tokyo and western Chiba Prefecture.
The company manages a rail system spanning 463.3 km (287.9 mi), making it the second longest in Japan, excluding the Japan Railways Group companies. Its network serves large portions of Saitama, Gunma, and Tochigi Prefectures. Tobu Railway is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the Nikkei 225 index.
