Riung is a location situated in the East Nusa Tenggara Province of Indonesia. It is specifically associated with the region of central Flores.
The area is notable for being the home of the Riung language. While this language has at times been classified as a dialect of Manggarai to the west, it is considered only marginally intelligible when compared to that language.
