Larantuka is a kecamatan (district) located on the eastern end of Flores Island in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. It serves as the seat of the East Flores Regency and covers a total land area of 75.91 km2. The population grew from 37,348 inhabitants in the 2010 census to an estimated 41,664 by mid-2024.
The town is characterized by a strong colonial Portuguese influence and is overwhelmingly Roman Catholic, with approximately 95.4% of the population identifying with the faith. Larantuka is notably recognized internationally for its traditional Holy Week celebrations.
