Labuan Bajo is a fishing town situated at the western end of the large island of Flores in Indonesia. It is located within the East Nusa Tenggara province and serves as the capital of the West Manggarai Regency, which is one of eight regencies on the island.
The town is positioned within the Komodo District. While it functions as a regional administrative center, its primary identity is rooted in its coastal location as a fishing hub.
