Bajawa is a town (kelurahan) and an administrative district (kecamatan) situated on the island of Flores in Indonesia. It serves as the capital of the Ngada Regency, which is located within the East Nusa Tenggara province.
Geographically, Bajawa is positioned to the east of Ruteng. As a regional center, it functions as the administrative hub for the surrounding Ngada Regency area.
