Menggala is a town and subdistrict located in the Tulang Bawang Regency in the southeastern portion of Sumatra, Indonesia. It serves as the administrative seat of the regency and covers a total area of approximately 344 square kilometers. The town is situated roughly 100 kilometers away from the city of Bandar Lampung.
The current administrative status of Menggala as a kecamatan, or district, within the Lampung province was established in 1946. As of mid-2022, the town had a recorded population of approximately 51,574 residents.
