Tana Paser, also known as Tanah Grogot, is a district (kecamatan) located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. It serves as the capital of the Paser Regency.
The district shares geographical borders with Kuaro to the north and Paser Belengkong to the south. As of 2020, the total population of Tana Paser was recorded at 76,344 residents.
