Sebulu is an administrative district, known as a kecamatan, located in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency of East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Geographically, it is situated between 116º 39’ and 115º 45’ East longitude and between 0º 3’ and 0º 33’ South latitude.
The district shares borders with several other areas within the regency and neighboring regions. It is bordered to the north by Kecamatan Marang Kayu, to the east by Kecamatan Tenggarong, to the south by Kecamatan Kota Bangun, and to the west by Kabupaten Muara Kaman.
