Samboja is a district situated in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency of East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The district covers a total land area of 284.93 km² (110.01 sq mi).
As of 2023, Samboja had a population of 41,607 residents. The administrative seat for the district is located within the village of Kampung Lama.
