Situbondo Regency is a regency (kabupaten) located in the eastern part of East Java province, Indonesia. It is situated toward the eastern end of the island of Java, positioned just before Banyuwangi. The administrative center of the regency is the small town of Situbondo.

The region covers an area of 1,655.05 km2. According to census data, the population was recorded at 647,619 in 2010 and grew to 685,967 by 2020, with a mid-2024 estimate of approximately 691,635 residents. One of the area's notable tourist attractions is Baluran National Park.
