Panarukan is an administrative district (kecamatan) located in the Situbondo Regency of East Java Province, Indonesia. It is situated approximately 8 km west of the regency's administrative center in Situbondo.
The district covers a total area of 60.05 km2 and had a recorded population of 59,588 as of mid-2024. The local government center for the district is located within the village of Wringin Anom.
