Kepanjen is a district and the capital of the Malang Regency in Indonesia. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres south of the city of Malang.
The area serves as a satellite city for Malang City, alongside Singosari and Batu. Kepanjen is also an integral part of the Greater Malang Metropolitan Area.
