Bulus is a rural locality situated in the Sakha Republic, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Tyubinsky Rural Okrug within the Namsky District. The settlement is located approximately 77 kilometers (48 miles) from Namtsy, which functions as the administrative center of the district.
As the only inhabited locality in its area, Bulus has a small resident population. According to census data, the population was recorded at 408 residents in 2010, reflecting a slight increase from the 405 residents documented during the 2002 Census.
