Ngodo is an Igbo community located in Uturu, within the Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria. While it is situated in Nigeria, it is identified as a site containing significant archaeological evidence regarding human habitation in the region.
The area houses a Stone Age site that provides evidence of human presence dating back as far as 250,000 years ago. Historically, Ngodo was recognized as the largest handaxe factory in Nigeria and potentially the largest in the world.
