Gombong

Gombong is a town located in the Kebumen Regency within the southern region of Central Java, Indonesia. It covers a total land area of 19.48 km2 (7.52 sq mi).

As of the 2020 Census, the town had a population of 50,300 inhabitants, with an estimated population of 50,950 as of mid-2024. The local people primarily speak Banyumasan, which is a dialect of Javanese.
