Tista, also known as Tistedalselva or Tistakanalen, is a river located in Halden municipality within the Østfold county of Norway. It serves as the primary river in the Haldenvassdraget system.
The river flows from Femsjøen lake to the Iddefjorden fjord. Its length is less than 5 km when measured from the dam in Femsjøen to the mouth of the fjord.
