Gianyar Regency is a regency (kabupaten) located in the province of Bali, Indonesia. It covers an area of 368.0 km2 and had a recorded population of 523,973 as of the mid-2022 census. The administrative seat of the regency is the town of Gianyar.
The region is bordered by Badung Regency and Denpasar City to the west, while Bangli Regency and Klungkung Regency lie to its east. To the south, the regency faces the Badung Strait and the Indian Ocean.
