Blangkejeren is a small town and administrative district (kecamatan) located in the Aceh Province of Indonesia. It serves as the seat of the Gayo Lues Regency. The district covers a total area of 166.06 km2 and had a population of 32,164 as of mid-2024, resulting in a population density of approximately 193.7 people per square kilometre.
The town itself, known as Kota Blaenkejeren, is situated within the district and occupies an area of 0.42 km2. As of mid-2023, the town had a population of 2,368 residents. While it functions as a distinct entity, it forms part of a larger common built-up area that includes adjoining villages such as Kuta Lintang and Kampung Jawa.
