Siófok is a town located in Somogy County, Hungary, situated on the southern bank of Lake Balaton. It serves as the seat of the Siófok District and is recognized as the second largest municipality within Somogy County.
The town covers an area of approximately 124.66 km² (48.13 sq mi), positioned between the Mezőföld, the Outer Somogy-Hills, and Lake Balaton. Located at the mouth of the Sió Channel, it functions as a primary logistic station for transporting goods between the River Danube and Lake Balaton.
