Székesfehérvár, often referred to colloquially as Fehérvár, is a city located in central Hungary. It serves as the regional capital of Central Transdanubia and functions as the administrative center for both Fejér County and the Székesfehérvár District.
As the ninth-largest city in the country, Székesfehérvár occupies an important geographical position as a primary rail and road junction. The city provides a key transportation link between Lake Balaton and Lake Velence.
