Markušica is a village and municipality situated in the Vukovar-Syrmia County in eastern Croatia. It is geographically positioned south of the Vuka River and northwest of the town of Vinkovci.
The landscape of the Markušica Municipality is characterized by the Pannonian Basin plains. The region is primarily defined by its agricultural fields, which are used for the cultivation of wheat, maize, common sunflower, and sugar beet.
